Questions from crews like yours
Do my crew members each need an account?
Yes. Each person signs in with their own email so you can control what they can change and remove them when they leave. Invite them from Settings → Team.
Can I bring my existing list of drop sites?
Yes. Import a CSV of names, addresses and phone numbers, and Woodchuck finds each address on the map for you.
How does the signup link work?
Every business gets its own private link to share on social media or your website. Requests go into a review queue, and nothing reaches your site list until you approve it. You can switch the link off or replace it at any time.
Does it work with ChipDrop?
ChipDrop doesn't offer a data connection, so Woodchuck shows an estimated “just use ChipDrop” option beside your own sites, and you can save real ChipDrop matches as sites.
What if my crew uses a chat app you don't list?
Use the custom webhook. It works with Zapier, Make and n8n, so a dispatch can reach almost any tool, including email and Google Chat.
Who can see my customers' information?
